2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access logs containing IP addresses are only kept if they are enabled in the hosting plan. In that case, according to the provider, IP addresses are anonymized after 24 hours and completely deleted after three months at the latest.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies itself and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from this website.

4. Embedded content from SoundCloud

The music players from SoundCloud (operator: SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Berlin) are loaded only after you click the respective button. By clicking, you consent to your browser connecting to SoundCloud. In particular, your IP address is transmitted, and SoundCloud may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without a click, no data is transmitted. 5. Embedded videos from YouTube

Videos from YouTube (operator: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) are embedded on the homepage. They use the extended privacy mode via youtube-nocookie.com and are loaded only after you click the respective button. By clicking, you consent to your browser connecting to YouTube. In particular, your IP address and browser details are transmitted, and Google may store cookies or similar technologies on your device. According to Google, in extended privacy mode information about your visit is stored only when you play the video. Data transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA) cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without a click, no data is transmitted. This website links to Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google), SoundCloud, the collective Vitamin.BPM and venues. By clicking, you leave this website. The respective operators are responsible for data processing on their sites.
